Ilana is great at what she does. I have braved highlights for the first time and cutting my hair to medium length (for the first time in over a decade) with her. She offers a great blend of doing what you are comfortable with, as well as offering suggestions that she thinks would look great (things that might even be a little outside your comfort zone) - but in the end, she always respects and does what you choose because she wants you to love it.

Ilana's experience and perfectionism shows in each visit and each work! I have never been a blowout person but once i experienced Ilana's hair styling and blowout, i got addicted!!Thank you Ilana, for making me look and feel like a queen each time !.

Her technique is flawless, and her service professional, warm, and friendly. She gave me an amazing haircut and helped tone a very highlight job .
